Foaming Systems

How Foaming Systems Work

All units are powered by compressed air, which drives a small diaphragm pump, thus avoiding the use of conventional pressurised tanks. A foam generator is incorporated in the system after the pump. This generator can be isolated to dispense heavy duty cleaning compound. Once the units are set to dispense your particular product, no further adjustments will be necessary.

On the Foamer 40 MK3M, Foamer 50, and Foamer 80, the control cabinet can be locked to prevent unauthorised adjustments. The foamer 250 Combi can also be locked up, however there are some external controls.

Each unit comes complete with a 10 metre delivery hose for connection to either a Foam or Heavy Duty Compound Lance.
