Hydraulic Rig

The hydraulic rig has a capacity of 5.3 litres, develops pressure up to 200 bar (3000 psi) and has a filtration of 2 micron absolute.

Purging Rig

The hand operated hydraulic purging rig is a hand portable unit which is used
to purge / charge aircraft hydraulic systems. The maximum output pressure of the unit is fully adjustable up to 110 bar (1600 lbf/in), adjustment being carried out by the use of replaceable springs installed in the pressure relief valve.

Hydraulic Charging Gun

A range of guns is available for charging high pressure hydraulic systems. The guns vary in pressure and pressurisation mechanism. The maximum pressure varies from two to ten thousand pounds per square inch (one hundred and forty to seven hundred killogrammes per square centimetre). The pressurisation mechanism can be either a plunger or a trigger action. The capacity delivered varies with pressure.
A wide range of fluid types and viscosities can be dispensed.
