High Capacity Rigs

The Juniper fluid replenishment rig comprises a high capacity (up to 50 gallons or 227 litres) stainless steel pressure vessel mounted on a rigid steel chassis with four pneumatic tyred wheels, two of which are mounted on a turntable complete with tow-bar.

The complete High Capacity Rig unit can be coupled to a tractor and towed. For safety, when the tow bar is locked in the vertical position the brakes are applied to the front wheels, keeping the rig in-situ whilst fluid reservoir replenishment is undertaken.

How it Works

The pressure vessel is filled with the appropriate fluid. The fluid is tnen pressurised by the nitrogen/compressed air from the cylinder(s) and forced through a fine filter to either a straight-through dispensing gun or a direct reservoir connection.
