Lightweight Rigs
The Juniper lightweight fluid replenishment rig is available in a range of capacities from two gallons (9.08 litres) up to ten gallons (45.4 litres). The system comprises one or two stainless steel pressure vessels mounted in a rigid tubular steel frame. The tubular steel frame can be supplied either with a separate trolley or integral with a trolley. The complete unit is designed to be light to handle for one person.
Each pressure vessel comes complete with a sight glass to indicate the level of the fluid, a hermetically sealed filler-cap, a gauze strainer, and various pressure control valves. The fluid reservoir(s) is (are) pressurised with either a hand pump or nitrogen/compressed air from an integral cylinder. A wide range of fluid types and viscosity can be dispensed. A filter, or bank of filters if needed, is provided to ensure high quality filtration. Explicit control of pressure at all stages ensures rapid constant fluid delivery. One and/or two fluid dispensing guns are provided for a pre- determined capacity and an unlimited capacity delivery. The fluid delivery hose(s) are neatly coiled on stowage hooks at the side of the unit. Nozzles can be provided for access to awkward locations.
The lightweight rig trolley has two pneumatic tyred wheels at the rear of the unit. Two rubber feet pads are provided at the front of the frame to keep the rig in-situ and to act as a brake whilst fluid reservoir replenishment is undertaken.
